Vacuum & Welding
8 automated vacuum lines with laser welding. Double-wall vacuum tested to <0.1 Pa insulation vacuum.
Powder Coating
2 automatic electrostatic coating lines, 20+ stock colors, custom Pantone matching available.
Printing & Engraving
Laser engraving, silkscreen, UV printing and water transfer — up to 6 colors in one pass.
Assembly & Packing
Automatic lid assembly, leak testing on 100% of units, then manual packing with photo documentation.
Three-Stage Quality Control
1. Incoming material check — steel grade verification, wall thickness, coating adhesion and lid tolerance on every incoming batch.
2. In-line inspection — hourly sampling during production: vacuum performance, coating thickness, print alignment and color match.
3. Pre-shipment AQL — 100% leak test plus AQL 2.5 sampling on appearance, function and packing before containers leave.

In-House Testing
- Insulation performance — 24h / 36h temperature retention rig
- Leak resistance — inverted 24-hour soak on 100% of units
- Coating adhesion — cross-hatch test to ASTM D3359
- Material safety — third-party lab reports against FDA and LFGB
- Drop test — 1.2 m onto concrete, 3 orientations (kids line)
