What is your minimum order quantity?
500 pcs per color for most tumblers and bottles, 300 pcs for selected large-capacity models, and 1,000 pcs for mugs and kids lines. Custom molds start at 3,000 pcs.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Stock samples ship within 3 days at sample cost plus freight. Pre-production samples with your logo take 5–10 days; the sample fee is refundable against your bulk order.
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit by T/T, 70% before shipment as standard. L/C at sight for orders above USD 50,000.
How do you handle shipping and export documents?
We quote FOB Ningbo/Shanghai by default, and can arrange CIF or DDP to your door. Export documents are prepared by our in-house team.
Do you sign NDAs for custom designs?
Yes — we sign an NDA before receiving drawings or molds, and never reuse client-specific tooling for other customers.
What certifications can you provide?
ISO 9001 factory certificate, plus product test reports for FDA 21 CFR, LFGB and CPSIA depending on your market.
